Yes. Without a valid Resale or Sales Tax Certificate, Ginnava will charge the sales tax associated with the delivery location.

We are required to collect sales tax in all states in which we have a retail presence. If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate we are happy to waive the tax upon your request. Please note that all tax documentation is subject to review, validation and approval at the sole discretion of Ginnava and in accordance with state, local and federal guidelines. In addition to a valid resale number we also require a copy of the certificate. You may submit this to TradeMembership@ginnava.com and reference your trade membership number.
The price reflected in your order confirmation includes your Ginnava Trade discount.
Ginnava trade orders allow for refunds, less any applicable shipping charges, for any product that you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of delivery. Returns are not allowed on any monogrammed or personalized or on custom artwork. To make a return please call a Ginnava trade representative at 408.599.8857.
