Archival pigment prints on laser cut ¾” maple plywood, 2 sections.

These shaped collages are made with images I've appropriated from fine art sources: auction catalogs, art magazines, art history books, museum posters, etc. I cull from those canonical works to create amorphously shaped pieces that are visually active and meant to confound one's expectations of the familiar source imagery. The imagery are scaled up and printed digitally on archival paper, then cut out and glued to laser-cut 3/4” maple plywood.
